He joined Opal in May 2025, bringing two decades of hands-on hotel leadership across Canada.
Chris has held General Manager and above-property roles with Best Western, Wyndham, Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton, and has played a key role in numerous successful hotel openings across these brands. He excels at aligning operations with brand standards, optimizing financial performance, and fostering team cultures grounded in accountability and service.
