In 2021 Opal Hospitality was approached by Hilton to introduce the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Ontario. Recognizing the significance of having operators well-versed in the brand, Hilton turned to Opal, confident in their ability to meet the lifestyle expectations associated with the Tapestry Collection.

The Vision

With a deep understanding of the Tapestry brand, Opal recognized the immense potential of an urban hotel near the airport. Embracing a contemporary and lifestyle-oriented approach, Opal tailored offerings and services to cater specifically to the target demographic.

What Opal Executed

Opal played a pivotal role in bringing the hotel to life. From navigating the construction process and implementing hotel and restaurant strategies aligned with the core elements of the Tapestry collection to handling logistics, hiring, and initial setup, Opal guided the entire process. Today, Opal continues to manage the hotel and its Food & Beverage outlets successfully.
