As VP of Commercial Services, Peggy leads commercial strategy across Opal’s portfolio — overseeing sales, revenue, and market positioning for properties operating under Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Best Western, and Choice Hotels. She joined Opal in January 2023, bringing 24 years of hotel sales experience, including over a decade at the senior level within Hilton.
Prior to Opal, Peggy held senior sales leadership roles at Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa, Hilton Toronto, and Hilton Mississauga, overseeing a combined total of nearly 1,000 rooms and 63,000 sq ft of meeting space. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brock University and Wilfrid Laurier University, the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, and is an active member of Meeting Professionals International.
